that is good. As you saw on the table the question about the scale of the building will come up. You can also try and make a simple skyline drawing (just profile of buildings). You have series of arguments to defend the project in relation to its scale: 1-as in the posted collage you can appreciate other buildings of similar scale in a slightly larger context. 2-Strengthen the point of the urban interior. The city is growing into the building therefore sets with it a different relation and can afford to be larger or that is way it can be larger in scale.
I think you should prepare a page where you construct a critical edge to the project. Compare your hotel to the Bonaventure Hotel and/or to a more conventional type of hotel. Explain what is different (i.e. lobby vs urban interior) and the relation your hotel has with the city. Then we can go through next week.
