I think it is good so far! But can be improved. Some parts of the collage, the central band have little contrast. Try to contrast it more. You may also want to give some parts more depth and you can try putting the shadows of people in. This can be done by distorting the siluettes of the people and distort them to make the match the ground or the surface they are projected on. You can also try for the different areas of the collage to enhance the color effect. May be differed shades of yellow and a few spots of a different color.
