Visualization Study / View from the other side

I'm sure it reminds you an existing concert hall building located in southern Europe from this angle; it really is not working like that.

Aras,

that is good. As you saw on the table the question about the scale of the building will come up.
You can also try and make a simple skyline drawing (just profile of buildings).
You have series of arguments to defend the project in relation to its scale:
1-as in the posted collage you can appreciate other buildings of similar scale in a slightly larger context.
2-Strengthen the point of the urban interior. The city is growing into the building therefore sets with it a different relation and can afford to be larger or that is way it can be larger in scale.

I think you should prepare a page where you construct a critical edge to the project. Compare your hotel to the Bonaventure Hotel and/or to a more conventional type of hotel. Explain what is different (i.e. lobby vs urban interior) and the relation your hotel has with the city. Then we can go through next week.
